LORCA 26 DEVELOPMENT

GREEN ZONE IN H SHAPE

Urbanization Lorca 26, is located in the eastern part of Plasencia, in the surroundings of the neighborhoods of “La Mazuela” and “La Data”. Composed of two independent blocks of 3 and 4 heights each, ground floor and a basement for garages and storage rooms. The promotion has 69 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with excellent terraces, garage spaces and storage rooms.

It has a privileged location, surrounded by orchards and nature, excellent communication to the main entrances and exits of the city with existing connections both by road and public transport.

The plot has an unevenness of about 4.5 ml between two of the streets that make up the block. This unevenness together with the projection of a T-shaped green area by municipal planning will be determining elements for the solution adopted.

Two blocks are projected with large patios that connect with the green area, establishing a fluid and dynamic environment between the two blocks. In addition, a living area and swimming pool connected to each other are projected.

The facades are made up in a modular way by lime mortar joints. The structure will be a differential compositional element in the projection of shadows on the second plane of the façade. The lime mortar and the ceramic lattice are the main materials of the building.
