AURORA HOUSE

BRICK HOUSE

Single-family house in a row of three levels of 160 m2, located in Madrid, in an environment of single-family homes with a south-east orientation.

Circulation -Connectivity: the program consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, a study and a large space consisting of a kitchen-dining room-living room linked to a terrace with views of the garden and pool. The connection to the garden and the optimal use of the different rooms of the program have been the main components of the proposal.

Integration-simplicity: simplifying the circulations and integrating all the furniture generates clean and pure spaces, obtaining as a result a fluid and fun space. The wet areas of the toilet have been organizing elements of the space.

Tectonics: materials such as ceramics have been used for the general flooring of the house and the flooring and walls of the bathrooms. White lacquered DM and Krion in the composition of the kitchen and bathroom furniture. Mortar and concrete in the garden.

Customization: part of the furniture has been custom designed to optimize the space as much as possible
