Alamo _Real Estate

Alamo Real Estate offices, remodeling and expanding its facilities in Torrevieja. This square-shaped, two-story building has great geometric and constructive clarity.

Conceptually this project was an exercise in subtracting elements. The search for the free plan and the visual and spatial fusion are the generating elements of the project.

They were projected on each of the two floors with the intention of freeing up the facades and providing excellent use as office space.

The ground floor houses the most public uses as a showroom. A staircase allows the connection with level 1 where the most private uses of offices and meeting rooms are located
