INFINITE CORRIDOR

Apartment of 110 m2, located in the town of Torrevieja (Alicante), in an environment of multi-family homes in the urban center of the town with a south-east orientation.

Circulation -Connectivity: the program consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room and a large space consisting of a kitchen-dining room-living room. Sunlight and optimal use of the different rooms of the program have been the main components of the proposal.

Integration-simplicity: simplifying the circulations and integrating all the furniture generates clean and pure spaces, obtaining as a result a fluid and fun space.

Bookshelf-study: A bookcase-study is projected as a hall. The lighting is integrated into the shelf as a large horizontal lamp that generates a dynamic and calm atmosphere.

Tectonics: materials such as natural wood have been used for the general flooring of the house and ceramics for the flooring and walls of the bathrooms. White lacquered DM and Krion in the composition of the kitchen and bathroom furniture.

Customization: part of the furniture has been custom designed to optimize the space as much as possible.
