This residential building is located in the district of Leidsche Rijn Centrum in Utrecht (Netherlands). The city is designing a master expansion plan. The project is a building that occupies an entire block, and is integrated with other surrounding structures. The building has facades with different typologies.

The first façade sits on the highest point with a sharp angle, is horizontal with light brick. The second facade on the lower part is more upright with dark brick. The central courtyard is unified in its entirety, creating a continuous and repetitive facade with white brick. This yard has a green area for the use and enjoyment of the people who inhabit it. The entire ground floor is commercial.
